What is included with my order?

Each personalised seed packet is professionally printed with your chosen wording. Depending on the product you select, your order will include either premium quality seeds or empty envelopes ready for you to fill yourself. Full details are provided on each product page.

What seeds do you offer?

We offer a selection of premium quality seeds, including Forget Me Not, Wildflower, Poppy and Sunflower seeds. The available seed options are listed on each product page.

Can I personalise my seed packets?

Yes. Most of our seed packets can be personalised with names, dates and a special message. Please check all spelling and dates carefully before placing your order, as your wording will be printed exactly as submitted.

Can I see a proof before my order is printed?

We do not send proofs as standard, allowing us to keep our processing times as quick as possible.
However, if you would like to check your design before printing, simply leave a note when placing your order or email us as soon as possible after ordering. We’ll be happy to provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins.
Please note that requesting a proof may slightly increase your dispatch time.

How long will my order take?

Our current processing time is 1-2day. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the postage service selected at checkout.

Are the seed packets assembled?

This depends on the product you choose.
Some of our seed packets are supplied fully assembled and ready to give to your guests. Others are available as DIY kits for you to assemble yourself. Some products are supplied filled with seeds but left unsealed, allowing you to check the contents before simply sealing the flap.
Please refer to the individual product description to see exactly how your chosen product is supplied.

Are the seeds safe to plant?

Yes. We use premium quality seeds sourced from reputable UK suppliers. Planting instructions are available on our Planting Instructions page.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes. If you’re looking for something different, we’d love to help. Please contact us to discuss your ideas and we’ll do our best to create a design that’s perfect for your occasion.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Our prices are already competitively priced to offer excellent value, so we do not currently offer additional discounts for bulk orders.
Whether you’re ordering a small quantity or a large order for a wedding, memorial or special event, you’ll always receive the same high-quality products and great value.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can usually make changes or cancel an order if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, provided production has not already begun.
After this time, we may have already started creating your personalised item, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
If you’re unsure, please get in touch and we’ll always do our best to help.

Can I return my order?

As our products are personalised, they cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or an error has been made by us. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
We’re sorry, but we do not currently offer international delivery.
