Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If there is a problem, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it quickly.

Personalised Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised seed packets unless the item is faulty or there is an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, we may have already started production and may be unable to cancel or refund the order.
